Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Within Malaysia

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. (If you plan to expand internationally, this section can be updated.)
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, the customer will need to cover the re-delivery charges.
Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

We may request photo proof of the damaged packaging or items for verification.
