Refund and Returns Policy

At RANIA EXPOSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns

You may return items within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or not in their original condition.

Sale or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item.

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
